**Some of the Main Responsibilities include**:

- Measuring and mixing ingredients: The bakers assistant measures and mixes ingredients according to the recipe, using scales, measuring cups, and other tools.
- Kneading and shaping dough: The assistant helps knead and shape dough into the desired form, such as loaves, rolls, or croissants.
- Baking: The assistant may operate the oven or help with the baking process, monitoring the temperature and timing of each batch of baked goods.
- Cleaning and organizing: The assistant helps keep the bakery or kitchen clean and organized, washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and storing ingredients and tools properly.
- Packaging: The assistant may help package finished products, such as bread, pastries, and cakes, in boxes, bags, or other containers.
- Assisting with special orders: The assistant may help with special orders or catering requests, such as wedding cakes or large batches of baked goods.
