**Bakery Packer - New World Halswell**

New World Halswell, located in Halswell Christchurch, is a dynamic and customer-focused supermarket dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience where people are at the heart of everything that we do. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Bakery Packer to join our fun Bakery team. If you are looking for a fast paced, hands-on role then this job is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Exceeding customers service expectations
- Physically fit and high level of personal presentation
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and good time management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills

**Day to day tasks**:

- Assisting the Bakery team with packaging, pricing and presenting our Bakery products
- Maintaining cleanliness of the Bakery department
- Maintaining the implementation of our Food and Health and Safety requirements.
- Ensuring the store is well merchandised.
- Working quickly and efficiently, while managing your own workload
- Using initiative to prioritise tasks and plan your day

**The hours for the role are**:
Sunday - Thursday: 5.30am-2.00pm
