As we work in a sales environment, our store-based positions are made up of both a base salary (retainer) and unlimited incentives

Because you'll be concentrating on learning our systems and building your customer base, you may not be transferring many sales to start with, but don't worry - that's why we offer an attractive assured income. We guarantee that you won't earn less than $60k annually - this is made up of a $45k base salary, and $15k guaranteed incentives. You will then earn incentives monthly, based on the transactional value of your sales - this is a % amount that goes up in tiers. So, the more you sell, the more you take home

**About the role. Mō te Tūranga**
- This role has a strong focus on sales - gain recognition for your sales ability by exceeding targets and KPI’s
- This is a customer facing position that allows you to use your experience and love of travel to sell holidays
- Build strong relationships with your customers to become their travel expert for life

- Sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment
- A passion for travel
- A love of customer service - help Kiwis to plan their dream holidays
- Experience learning and working with complex computer systems
- A real go-getter and team player who wants to bring travel to the local community
