This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.

**About the Role**
In this opportunity as Key Account Manager, you will:
- Develop book of business focusing on client engagement
- Covers complex deals, including proactive outbound engagement during the renewal window.
- Own renewals and ensures price yield achieved for designated accounts
- Develops and executes on plans to drive usage and retention
- Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies
- Prevent cancellations
- Develop industry knowledge, understanding of what the client does and how they use our products and solutions
- Account and territory planning
- Possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engages additional teams where deep product expertise is required
**About You**
You’re a fit for the role of Key Account Manager if your background includes:
- Previous 5+ years in a sales or client relationship management role
- Managing and executing change, able to recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan, and proactively coordinate mitigating actions with service delivery team
- Strong collaboration & interpersonal skills
- Experience, managing accounts in highly competitive environments
- Ability to effectively communicate at executive level
- Problem solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
- Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization
