As an Integration Specialist, you'll provide support to Cin7 Implementation Specialists and Certified Integration Partners (CI Partners), resolving technical issues and supporting complex solutions.

**What you'll do**:
- Assist Implementation Specialists and Certified Integration Partners (CI Partners) in troubleshooting anomalies, identifying solutions to complex workflows
- Collaborate with the team to identify and diagnose hardware and software faults or user errors.
- Hold a strong knowledge and passion for technology, demonstrating hands-on experience and knowledge of the latest best practices.
- Assist Implementation specialists with daily operational tasks in an open, respectful, flexible, empathetic manner
- Build capability in individuals via training, and supporting team members
- Influence, make recommendations and assist with the process improvement to create an efficient Implementation function
- Possess advanced expertise and proficiency in the Cin7 Product
- Create and update technical documentation for the company’s self-service knowledge base.
- Develop partnerships with the product/development team to drive product improvements
**What you'll bring**:
- Tertiary degree in ICT or similar relevant discipline
- Relevant work experience in supply chain, back-end retail, customer support or wholesale operations, warehouse or inventory management systems, shipping, 3PL, etc.
- The ability to work on complex assignments independently and with a high degree of initiative through to resolution
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML and CSS
- Ability to make sound judgements and appropriate recommendations to create, develop and improve procedures, practices and policies
- Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to explore solutions to more complex issues
- Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development and continuous improvement approach to drive best practice amongst the team
