In this role, you will be based at our customer service desk. This role entails assisting our customers with their inquiries, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in customer service to really exceed in this role.

By putting the customer first The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand and our positive, friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us.

We currently have two permanent part time positions available covering the following shifts:

- Position 1: Sunday & Monday 5pm-9.30pm
- Position 2: Friday & Saturday 5pm-9.30pm

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with POS systems
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
