**Pak’NSave Royal Oak are seeking a dynamic Fresh Foods Manager to lead and elevate our fresh departments.**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership team and make a real impact in areas ripe for transformation and growth. We’re looking for a forward-thinking retail leader who thrives on identifying potential, driving change and delivering measurable results.

This role would suit someone who is at the peak of their fresh foods career and ready to take the steps towards a store management role.

**The Role**:

- Rostered Days: Tuesday-Saturday_
- Leading and supporting Fresh Department Managers to achieve sales, gross profit, and service targets.
- Driving high standards of presentation, availability, and customer service across all fresh departments.
- Ensuring strong stock control, purchasing, and supplier management practices.
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Coaching, developing, and performance-managing your team to build capability and succession.
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences every day.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Leadership capability you can demonstrate to lead, inspire, and develop our team.
- Proven management experience in a retail environment across Dry Goods and Fresh Food Departments
- A hands-on leader who enjoys getting involved in store operations and financials and setting departments and leaders up to succeed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a busy supermarket environment.
