**Role Overview**:
We are seeking passionate and experienced Fast Food Cooks to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of Turkish dishes, including kebabs, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently taking, serving, and processing customer orders for food and beverages, as well as handling payments.
- Skilfully preparing a range of dishes including kebabs, Iskander, and sides like rice and chips.
- Performing food prep tasks such as washing, chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients for cooking.
- Operating various cooking equipment including grills, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers with proficiency.
- Maintaining cleanliness in food preparation areas, on cooking surfaces, and with all kitchen utensils.
- Managing the ordering process for fast food ingredients and overseeing the receipt of these deliveries.
- Coordinating the delivery of prepared food and beverages as required.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a cook, preferably in fast food or similar environment is preferable.
- Knowledge of Turkish cuisine is an advantage.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.
