Our client is in need of an automotive **Parts Advisor** to join their Trade parts centre.

This is a busy role that will work alongside a very experienced Parts team with excellent resources in place.

This role will focus on their **Parts Trade Sales,** representing a wide variety of brands.

Partstrader experience and customer relationship skills will be highly regarded.

Franchise parts department experience is preferred, but our client is open to transferable skills form individuals that have exposure to automotive parts in a different field.

As a **Parts Advisor** you will be responsible for coordinating automotive parts and accident-related components across a wide range of Panel Beaters, Insurance Companies and Mechanical Workshops.

You will work closely with the Parts Manager and Distributors to maximise profits and efficiency in the supply of trade parts at a competitive rate.

**Role requirements**
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Parts Trade customers
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Positive phone manner
- Deliver accurate parts advice and information to customers
- High level of Parts Catalogue experience
- Manage order and supply of stock and inventory efficiently
- Develop and demonstrate clear understanding of a DMS system.

In house training and support will be provided as part of the role on the DMS and Distributor operating systems.
