Kitchen Designer

**Client Consultation & Concept Design**

- Meet clients to understand lifestyle needs, budget, style preferences, and functional requirements
- Prepare design briefs, concept drawings, and visual presentations
- Provide expert advice on layout, materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories

**Design & Technical Documentation**

- Create kitchen plans, elevation drawings, 3D renders, and working drawings
- Conduct space planning, ergonomic analysis, and compliance with building and safety regulations
- Prepare material and product specifications

**Project Coordination**

- Liaise with suppliers, cabinet makers, builders, architects, and installers
- Coordinate delivery timelines and site requirements
- Provide technical guidance during installation and construction processes

**Estimation & Sales Support**

- Prepare quotes and pricing packages based on design scope
- Produce bill of materials and specifications for manufacturing
- Support customers through product selections in-store or at site

**Quality & Compliance**

- Ensure designs comply with NZ building standards and kitchen ergonomics requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, sustainability options, and product innovations

Pay frequent - Fortnightly

**Job requirement**:
Please have at least two years relevant work experience, or
Relevant diploma (NZQF Level 4) or above
Have understanding of industry
May travel between sites on contract
