The job involves the following tasks and duties:

- Preparing and cooking all the dishes offered by the restaurant
- Seasoning food during preparation and cooking, when necessary
- Monitoring the quality of food at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Assisting in improving dishes
- Assisting in managing the overall operation of the kitchen
- Assisting in ordering supplies and stocks
- Ensuring the kitchen’s operation complies with hygiene and safety regulations.

To qualify for the job:

- At least two years of work experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is needed.
- A relevant diploma can replace the required work experience.
- Have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure since our restaurant is extremely busy during peak hours.
- You may be required to work during the weekend
