**About Us**
- We have an exciting opportunity to join our Group Organisational Development Team. You’ll get exposure across the Fletcher Building Group (14,500 people across 6 divisions), and you’ll get to work with, and learn from, an experienced L&OD Team.

**About the Role**
- As Learning and Organisational Development Advisor, you’ll own our Corporate and Group Technology portfolio, partnering with Senior Leaders and the People and Performance Team to design and deliver L&OD solutions. Additionally, you’ll get Group wide exposure through ownership of our vital Protect Safety programme of work. Your days will be varied, from providing advice to your partners, to developing learning solutions. As a Learning Management System (LMS) super user, you’ll also provide advice and support with the system including uploading content and analysing data.

**About You**
- You’ll be passionate about providing L&OD solutions that support our people in their career. You’ll bring creative thinking and new ideas as well as the ability to listen and learn from your colleagues. With a focus on delivering great outcomes, you’ll be proactive and take initiative to work autonomously and will seek support when you need it.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in learning needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning solutions that develop skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet agreed learning outcomes. Expertise in creating blended learning solutions and creating digital learning content using Articulate Storyline or Rise (or similar).
- Experience in the use of Learning Management Systems (ideally Cornerstone) including content creation, developing learning events and curriculums, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present with confidence. Previous facilitation experience is desirable.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, to deliver outcomes and meet timelines.
