**The role **| Mō tēnei tūranga mahi**:
The Older Adults Community Support Services is responsible for engaging and supporting people (aged 65 and over) who have mental health and/or addiction challenges. The role is for 32 hours over four days a week.

You will:

- Support our tangata whai ora (service users) autonomously
- Help our tangata whai ora to work on self-directed goals to regain independence, maintain wellbeing and achieve their fullest potential and quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with the whānau/family and clinicians.

**You | Mōu**:
We are looking for individuals who share our values and has commitment and passion for supporting older people in their communities. You will also:

- Hold a clean full NZ driver’s license.
- Hold the New Zealand Level 4 Certificate in Health and Well-being (or recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within 6 months of employment.
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and advocacy skills.
- Strong technology skills, must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products and familiar with databases
- Have the ability to work individually and collaboratively under a multi-disciplinary setting.
