**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading aged care facility. This full-time role primarily involves working Monday to Friday, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a supportive approach to residents, respecting their independence and care choices.
- Office role but on the floor duties when required.
- Lead assessment and care planning in partnership with residents.
- Maintain effective communication with residents and their support networks.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and contribute to the AN-ACC model.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor team members.
- Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Commit to quality continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- AHPRA Registered
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Immunization History Statement with COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses + booster)
- Valid Australian Work Entitlements
