An exciting opportunity has come up within our exceptional concierge team for an outstanding and experienced Commissionaire to join us.
As a SKYCITY Hotel Commissionaire, you will ultimately be the face of the hotel and be responsible for the initial 'welcome' of our guests and look after them as they arrive and depart. You will also be sharing your extensive knowledge of Auckland City to ensure guests are aware of what this great city has to offer. Assisting guests with their luggage and in and out of transport is also required.
Your communication skills will be excellent and your genuine passion for exceeding customers' expectations will be vital, therefore proven customer service experience is essential. You will also be required to hold a full NZ drivers licence. This is a full time role for, working across various shifts so flexibility is key.
