Our People & Capability team are looking for a commercially astute, people focused HR Business Partner based in Rotorua to join the group P&C team as our People & Capabilities Business Partner for a 9-12 month Fixed term Maternity Cover.

**The role**
In this role you will partner, coach, and support our Rotorua site leadership and operational teams by providing quality, effective and fit for purpose people services aligned with the group people strategy to deliver and meet business objectives. Co-ordinating, developing, and contributing to people-related projects and initiatives that support the overall group employee experience will also form part of the role.

**Qualifications and experience**
You will have 3-5 years generalist HR experience in a medium to large business, a working knowledge of relevant employment legislation and a qualification in an HR or related discipline.
