Hello Claims has delivered a ‘First to Market Assessing Technology and Claim service’ providing motor claims operational excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Our motor claims management and assessing solution covers passenger vehicles, trucks, machinery, caravans, motorcycles and motor liability claims.
**The Opportunity**
- End-to-end management of the claims process within predefined SLAs whilst focusing on improving the customer experience through each touch point
- Coordinate motor repair schedules with clients and repairers
- Record accurate and detailed case notes for claims
- Review and analyse reports and data to identify and understand required actions for claims
- Lead or contribute to projects. These projects could relate to people or client related initiatives.

**About You**
- You may be starting your career or have a few years’ experience in the motor or insurance industry
- Self starter who is able to prioritise with ease
- Care about the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
- Always seek to deliver great customer outcomes and can communicate with ease
- Enjoy collaborating with others
- Strong computer skills and able to navigate new processes quickly
