**About the Role**

This rewarding role provides specialist homecare nursing services with a strong focus on whānau-centred care, education, and advice.

As a Specialty Clinical Nurse, you'll bring your in-depth knowledge and expertise to support the health needs of tamariki across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. You'll also play a key role in improving access to Paediatric services, making a meaningful difference in the lives of whānau in our community.

**About the Team/Service/ Location**

Based at Whakatāne Hospital, this role offers variety and flexibility, with travel across the Eastern Bay of Plenty to deliver paediatric care in the home setting. You'll work closely with both inpatient and outpatient paediatric teams, as well as collaborate with allied health services to ensure tamariki and their whānau receive seamless, holistic care.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be a **Registered Nurse** with:

- Extensive paediatric nursing experience
- Post-graduate study in a related field (preferred)
- Confidence working independently in a community setting
- A strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, both with whānau and health professionals
- A commitment to whānau-centred care and culturally responsive practice
