Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy bar in Auckland. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining stock levels, and driving sales. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily bar operations including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Create staff rosters and manage labour costs within budget
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
- Monitor bar performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Collaborate with kitchen and event teams for seamless service during functions

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
