**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and specialized equipment, to transport personnel, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Secure and properly load/unload equipment and materials onto vehicles, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
- Drive defensively and courteously while navigating through traffic and adverse weather conditions to reach designated destinations safely and on time.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of asbestos removal work areas, including the installation of containment barriers and safety signage.
- Execute asbestos removal activities according to established procedures, including the safe handling, packaging, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to strict safety protocols to minimize exposure to hazardous materials.
- Work collaboratively with team members to efficiently complete assigned tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or vehicle maintenance issues to supervisors promptly for resolution.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to asbestos removal and transportation.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience operating trucks and heavy equipment preferred.
- B-Class asbestos removalist training and certification highly desirable.
- Experience working with asbestos or hazard material highly desirable
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in a variety of weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

**Hour rate of Job: $29.66**

**How many hours the job for : minimum 30 hours per week
