As a Software Specialist in the Insights and Care squad, you'll provide technical leadership and be responsible for developing and supporting solutions related to our Digital Workplace Platform. Being part of the Engineering Practice at ASB we encourage our teams to work autonomously in an agile way while actively growing their skills and expertise to continuously improve outcomes for our customers.

You'll have an opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a smaller squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation - so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued.

We advocate for T-Shaped teams which will take you through all facets of engineering in any given day. We are looking for a mix of technical skills to support the following activities:

- Designing, maintaining, and developing solutions
- Continuous improvement of process and technology to be scalable and highly available
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs
- Monitoring, alerting, and reporting on environments
- Mentoring and uplifting the best practice
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines

**About you**:
We'll value your proven initiative, technical mastery, problem solving abilities and ways in which you have shown leadership while performing your role. You will be an excellent communicator and have a thirst for domain knowledge.

We are looking for someone who has:

- 10+ years C# development experience (.Net Framework and.Net Standard)
- API Integration Experience
- Experience and knowledge of SQL
- Experience in Azure pipelines
- Knowledge / Experience in TypeScript, React Redux-saga

In addition, knowledge of the following would be an advantage:

- Windows Servers
- Microservices architecture
- Knowledge / Experience in AEM
