Teacher of Science

We offer dual pathway options for senior students, i.e. NCEA or the IB Diploma. We are also authorised for the delivery of the Middle Years and Primary Years Programmes. Experience teaching MYP or Diploma would be advantageous.

Applicants should have:

- Teaching Council NZ teacher registration, a current practicing certificate and the right to work in NZ
- Two or three years of teaching experience, preferably in NZ, teaching to a senior level
- Interdisciplinary teaching experience
- The ability and a passion to promote learning and the education of young people within a blended learning environment
- A willingness to move with the times and work to meet our future focused learning goals
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- The ability to manage and motivate young people, and a desire to foster excellence
- A commitment to our special character and co-curricular programmes
