to parent/whānau and children

**Day to day responsibilities include**:
Ensure all visitors are welcomed warmly andf professionally

Communicate to whanau respectfully and positively

Data entry

Writing up meeting minute notes

Banking

Liase with Centre Managers

Monitor accounts and winz

**Key skills and experience required**:
Previous experience (ideally 2 years) in a general

office administrative role
- Demonstrated experience in financial processing
- Understanding the ECE sector would be an

advantage (But not nessary)
- Experiencewith the INFOCARE computer

program would be an advantage (But not nessary)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high

quality customer servic
