We are looking for an Afternoon Shift Manager to provide management & leadership

Afternoon Shift **Manager**

Our client is looking for an Afternoon Shift Manager to assist with planning and organising production to maximise efficiency's.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be leading and driving a team to deliver optimal results. This is a hands-on role that role is critical to the business and you must work effectively to meet all productivity goals whist maintaining quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

- Manage the production process
- Leading and inspiring staff
- Ensure Health & Safety is a focus
- Implementing and maintaining lean manufacturing methods and systems
- Maximising efficiency's
- Ensuring product is made to the highest quality

You will have:

- Proven leadership skills
- Great time management and multi
- tasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
