**Butchery Apprentice - Raeward Fresh Harewood**

We are looking for a highly motivated Apprentice to join our expanding Butchery team at Raeward Fresh Harewood

Raeward Fresh Harewood is a locally owned, family run business. In addition to our popular Café and busy Wholesale division, our retail store is a popular destination and we are excited to offer this new role to support our growing Butchery team.

**The role is full time, 40 hours, Sunday to Thursday, 6.00am - 2.30pm.**

As a Butchery Apprentice you will learn all about the preparation of meat products, whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification. It's a hands on position where you will learn the art of Butchery through formal training and one-on-one coaching. We will train you how to use butchery machinery, knife handling and boning skills, and how to produce sausages.

Previous experience in a kitchen or as a knifehand would be advantageous but not essential.
