This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to take the lead and make it the best cafe in Whangaparaoa.

This is a day light hours, hands-on management role and to be successful you will need to be a strong leader who can motivate, mentor and guide our team, as well as be a team player who is happy to roll their sleeves up and help the team.

**Our ideal applicant**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in high level café or restaurant management position
- Strong knowledge around Marketing and Franchise systems would be advantageous
- Robust understanding around Food Control Plans and all areas of Health and Safety
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing a team of 10 with the ability to further develop and grow their skills whilst demanding the highest work standards
- Methodical in your approach to the job with the ability to see the big picture and direct staff accordingly.
- Customer centric - love customer interaction with exceptional customer service skills
