This role exists to:

- Lead the project management and co-ordination of the asset management plan (AMP) submission delivery.
- Lead the programme management of the key strategic initiatives that feed into the AMP submission.
- Develop and lead a systematic programme to develop Electra’s asset management processes, documentation and systems.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders building and strengthening trusted relationships.

Your ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders and industry partners alike will ensure that decisions that need to be made have the required support. Your ability to impact decisions and bring people together, to ensure our AMP submission is of a high quality is paramount to your success.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have a broad skillset, which may include all or many of the following**:

- Specialist tertiary/professional degree or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant and applied experience including significant experience in work practice optimisation initiatives
- Proven experience in developing and delivering operational excellence/business improvement programmes, projects, and/or initiatives
- Demonstrable strength in Business Analytics and/or Process Improvement experience and expertise
- Strategic thinking and ability to work with ambiguity and establish new processes and frameworks
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral - comfortable presenting complex issues and recommendations in a concise manner
- Highly organised and resilient with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment
- A development mindset, always striving to build, grow, and improve systems, processes and outcomes
- A demonstrated ability to deal with complex and emerging issues
- Electrical distribution sector experience and understanding
