Processing Officer - Night shift | Permanent | Tauranga
We are looking for 2x motivated people with a positive outlook and a great work ethic to join our team We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role.
As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers' freight is sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is based in our Tauranga Operations Centre on 65 Chapel Street.

**In this dynamic role, you will**:

- Sort our customer's freight to meet our service level agreements
- Handle parcels in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required

**Two shifts available**:
**Mon**: 2300 - 0730 (Tue)

**Tue**: 2300 - 0730 (Wed)

**Wed**: 2300 - 0730 (Thu)

**Thu**: 2300 - 0700 (Fri)

**Fri**: 2230 - 0730 (Sat)
OR

**Sun**: 0000 - 0730 (Mon)

**Mon**: 2300 - 0730 (Tue)

**Tue**: 2300 - 0730 (Wed)

**Wed**: 2300 - 0730 (Thu)

**Thu**: Off

**Fri**: 2230 - 0730 (Sat)
- During your phone screen please let our consultants know your preferred shift

Nightshift allowance will be provided on top of base pay rate.

**We are looking for great people who**:

- Are comfortable in a very physically demanding role consistently lifting and moving postal items, weighing up to 25kgs
- Are natural team players who enjoy working as a team and put our customer's first
- Have a good general geographical knowledge of Tauranga and New Zealand
