**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the TTM Manager, The **Traffic Operations Manager**is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of road maintenance traffic management services. This role involves operational leadership, financial oversight, and team development to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage traffic management teams, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance with NZGTTM/COPTTM standards.
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
- Oversee compliance on TTM sites by conducting regular site visits and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Plan and schedule operations, optimizing resources for efficiency.
- Manage two branches in Auckland and provide TTM services across various sectors, including Transport, Electrical and Gas, Telecommunications, Facility Management, and other clients.

This role will predominantly be based in Henderson with one day in Penrose. Start time is at 6 am.
