We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Car Sales Assistant cum Car Groomer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the car buying process while also ensuring that all vehicles on our lot are immaculately groomed and maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Guide customers through the car purchasing process, including financing options and paperwork.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.
- Perform car grooming duties, including washing, waxing, and detailing vehicles to showroom standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cosmetic issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom.
- Assist in inventory management, including vehicle inspections, labeling, and display arrangement.
- Delivery of cars as and when required.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotation and filter replacements.
- Assist in installation of car accessories and tinting etc.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in car sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and salesmanship abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and grooming techniques.
- Valid driver's license (or able to get within 3 months) with a clean driving record.
