**About the role**:
**To provide HR support and payroll management in order to ensure effective and accurate administrative performance for the company. Develop positive employment management outcomes, and to ensure dealerships meet distributer standards in health & safety, training and documentation. Ensure compliant Payroll processing, including accurate Leave entitlements for weekly/fortnightly/one-off pay periods IRD PAYE Filing and maintenance. Manage Employment Hero functionality and provide guidance to Dealer Principals & departmental managers for correct use.**

**About you**:
**As an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator, you excel in ensuring seamless and compliant payroll processing, meticulously managing IRD PAYE filing, and maintaining Leave entitlement accuracy across various pay periods. Proficient in Employment Hero, provide guidance to Dealer Principals and managers on its correct utilization, creating and maintaining Individual Employment Agreements. Collaborating with senior management, contribute to the development of HR policies and process templates, promoting best practices and compliance in employee-related matters. From recruitment assistance to overseeing performance reviews, onboarding/offboarding, and H&S management.**

**Skills and experience required**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**
- **Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a customer-focused business.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in New Zealand**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
