**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking customer-focused individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as casual team members. Our casual team members get involved in all areas of the store, so each day will be different. This role offers loads of variety, customer interaction, and opportunities to learn and progress. We are looking for team players who possess a great attitude and are proactive in assisting customers with product queries and service.
We have casual openings for both Day shift and Nightfill shift.
For the Day shift casual role you will get involved with most areas of the store, so no two days are the same. Loads of variety, people contact and opportunity to learn and progress. We are seeking real team players, with a great attitude and a ton of initiative to assist our customers with product queries and service.
Our stores are fast-paced environments, and you must be keen to dig in where needed to get things done. We need people who like working and sparking conversations with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in store.
For the Nightfill casual role we ensure that our stores are well-stocked and looking their best for our customers. As a Nightfill team member, you'll be responsible for clearing product deliveries from the stockroom and displaying them on the shop floor. You'll need to follow planograms and instructions carefully and pay close attention to detail.
Your role will involve ensuring that products are priced and promotions are clearly ticketed, and that the store is clean and tidy. Working as part of a team and independently, you'll be responsible for getting the store 'customer ready' before it reopens in the morning. Your focus on results, strong time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be crucial in achieving this goal.
Our stores are fast-paced environments, and you must be keen to dig in where needed to get things done. We need people who like working and sparking conversations with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in store.
Please note this is a casual position to work on an as needed basis - there are no set hours. We operate 7 days a week, full availability is an advantage.
**Qualifications**:
Ideally, you will have the following:
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (preferable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- For Nightfill, you MUST be 16 years of age and over
