**What you will do**:This varied role will draw on your technical and people skills. Your ability to build relationships, trust and confidence will play a key part in your success. The role includes maintaining IT hardware inventory, setting up new IT hardware, liaising with IT suppliers, acting as system administrator, updating KPIs, generating reporting on system usage metrics, inducting new users into systems, completing the user exit process, and maintaining permissions for the cloud-based file storage system.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator who enjoys being in a Level 1/2 support environment. Specifically this role requires:

- Experience supporting and administering Office 365 and other Microsoft products
- Experience setting up new users, coordinating and provisioning hardware and devices
- Experience championing and supporting a variety of systems
- Experience liaising with internal users and external vendors
- Experience assisting with general IT BAU duties including updating Sharepoint content, assisting with IT project administration, and assisting with reporting and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Motivation, drive and a willingness to help others
