If so, Johnny Bigg has a role for you We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team in Onehunga DressSmart, Auckland.

At Johnny Bigg, we pride ourselves on great customer service and constant dedication to producing and delivering high quality fashion forward menswear for the big and tall.

As a Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

**About You**:

- Have a minimum of 1 year management experience (ideally in retail)
- Experience in managing a team of 3 or more
- Strong customer service skills
- Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s
- Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
- Experience in performance management, performance-based rostering and recruitments
- Have an interest in fashion and trends
- Take pride in your personal style and presentation
- Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster
