- A current Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and Duty Manager certificate not essential but would be an advantage.
- Previous experience working in a retail store environment, preferably within the liquor industry.
- Specialist product knowledge i.e., beer, wine, spirits and RTDs (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and follow company processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem solver with solutions focus.
- Team player who is flexible and reliable
- Ability to build trusting relationships with team members, customers, suppliers.
- Be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move, and deliver stock.
- Rostered shifts including nights and weekends.
- Immediate start, can do attitude

**Responsibilities**:
As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our customers. This role requires someone who is energetic, friendly, and professional and enjoys going the extra mile for customers.
- Delivering a Super in-store shopping experience for customers.
- Building creative store and promotional displays, to help generate sales.
- Developing great product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
- Taking charge of instore housekeeping and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Maintain checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting changes.
- Follow the alcohol rugulations and policies such as not selling alcohol to minors and intoxicated person.
- Strictly adhere to legal requirements for age verification during the sale of alcoholic beverages.

Note: We may ask you to provide drug check and police report because we are a alcohol retailer, this position is very responsible and there is a huge fine for being intoxicated in the job.

Benefits: Competitive hourly rate from $25.50 to $35 per hour depending on your experience. You will have a chance to participate in training and development programme.

Pay: $25.50 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
