This bustling bar in the heart of the Octagon prides itself on being the place to go for an after work beer to the place you meet your friends on a Friday night. We’re fun, we’re creative and we’re up late

**The Role**

This position is about pumping out the best drinks across the bar in the most efficient manner. You are responsible for serving up drinks, shaken or stirred until the early hours of the morning

Your main responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers
- Making cocktails, coffees, shots etc
- Assisting the sales manager as requires
- Setting up the bar for busy periods and completing the opening / closing systems
