**Specialist Clinician / Therapist - Adult Service**

Stop is looking for an Adult Service Clinician to join our Dunedin team. The role will be 32-40 hours per week.

The role involves the delivery of therapeutic assessment and intervention for adults who have been referred for harmful sexual behaviour. We use a strengths-based trauma-informed, psychosocial framework to provide a combination of individual, group therapy and family support with government and community agencies, as required.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes, skills, and experience:
- Qualification in psychology, counselling, social work or equivalent
- Knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Strong knowledge of te ao Māori values will be an advantage
- Proven experience and skills in therapeutic work with adults, ideally in both individual and group settings
- Experience working with HSB and issues related to trauma is preferred but not essential
- An ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team and work professionally alongside other social service agencies
- Excellent communication, relationship and organisational skills and enjoys contributing to a strong and reflective team
