**Location**:Radius Peppertree, 107 Roberts Line, Kelvin Grove, Palmerston North 4414

**Hours of work**:Minimum 30 hours per week, over a rotating roster

**About the role**:
Provide exceptional care to our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work closely with a team to implement our individual care plans. Full training provided.

**Duties include**:

- Undertaking personal cares, while encouraging residents to make decisions that promote independence
- Promptly completing delegated tasks in a timely manner
- Responding quickly to resident requests, providing them with useful, relevant information
- Maintaining and updating resident healthcare records
- Assisting with handover of residents at shift changes

**Skills and Experience**:

- New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 3 (or equivalent) and 3 years of relevant experience; OR New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 4/NZQA Level 4 (or equivalent).
- People skills + empathy for our residents and their families
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts
