**We are looking to add some Front of House team members to our teams at Kāpura's Airport Sites**
- We own and operate 5 venues at Wellington Airport:_
- _The Blue Lady - an American Diner themed venue, serving top-notch burgers and cabinet food_
- _United Brew Works - a perfect venue to enjoy a beverage and snack before your flight_
- _Fortune Favours Pop-Up - serving locally brewed beers & ciders_
- _Percival - Your coffee stop when you're on the go_
- _Lil Rosie's - A Cantina and Taco joint offering Californian street food_

**What we’ll love about you...**
- Ideally, you will have hospitality experience in a busy, vibrant venue
- You can do early starts, as early as 2:30am
- You will have a passion and desire to surprise and delight everyone that walks into the venue
- You understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in the venue, with customers and with your team
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- You will be able to shift gears as required and be able to relax and roll with change & pressure
- You are going to be a team player with the ability to build great relationships with customers and team members
