Warehouse Storeperson

Are you organised, physically fit, and ready to roll up your sleeves? We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Storeperson to join our growing team. If you enjoy practical work, being on your feet, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — this could be the perfect job for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Receiving deliveries, checking the items match the paperwork, and making sure nothing is damaged.
- Unloading goods from trucks or vans and sorting them in the correct areas.
- Using a computer or scanner to keep track of stock and where it's stored.
- Labelling products and putting them away in the right shelves or racks.
- Packing orders properly, weighing them if needed, and sealing boxes ready for dispatch.
- Using forklifts or other lifting equipment to move stock around, including to and from high shelves.
- Picking items for orders based on a list or system, and double-checking everything is correct.
- Helping with stocktakes and keeping track of what’s in the warehouse.
- Using trolleys, pallet jacks, or other gear to shift stock safely as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment or similar role is required
- In the absence of work experience, having a qualification at certificate level or above is strongly preferred.
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one) is an advantage
- Availability to work in shifts inlcuding weekends and on public holidays
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
