**Your role and responsibilities**

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Division in Napier, NZ.
**You will be mainly accountable for**:
- Capture and analyse production and operational data to support performance visibility.
- Design and build interactive dashboards that make key performance indicators clear and actionable.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity using modern systems and methods.
- Monitor manufacturing metrics (such as throughput, yield, and downtime) and help identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide reporting and insights that contribute to continuous improvement.
- Explore and suggest new technology tools to enhance data collection and reporting.

**This position reports to the I**ntegrated Production Unit** Leader.**
**Qualifications for the role**
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- An interest in manufacturing processes and operational performance, with a willingness to learn about KPIs, metrics, and Lean Six Sigma principles
- Strong skills in Excel and an interest in learning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
- Curiosity for how data can improve real-world processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Integrated Production Unit team and wider stakeholders
- Current NZ residency and the right to work in NZ.
