At this time, we are seeking Programme Manager who can help our customers in New Zealand with the delivery, deployment and support of our mission-critical C4I solutions, SitaWare and Iris product suites. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an ambitious and experienced manager who has achieved great results working with external customer projects.

Specifically, the Programme Manager will be the head of operations for Systematic’s Defence projects in New Zealand. These projects include the provision of a wide variety of services. You will prioritise, coordinate and optimise activities across the projects in close cooperation with your team. You will own the delivery of services to the agreed scope, schedule and quality, while maintaining and developing high quality, long-term customer relationships. This role will also serve as a consultant for our customers, channelling as appropriate the right Systematic colleagues who can help our customers to improve their businesses.

This position is operationally challenging in that requires drawing on experts from other Systematic departments to ensure the best quality service, and appropriate load-balancing of employees across our teams. As such, this role will suit a capable people manager who is energised by the opportunity to support us locally as we grow in size and capability.
