A solid warehouse role with a good crew and clear expectations

We’re looking for a practical, reliable Warehouse Storeman to join our team in Penrose. It’s physical, organised work where attention to detail matters and where your teammates have your back.

About the Role

You’ll be handling and processing important business documents, not parcels or freight. It’s a fast-paced warehouse, but tidy and well run. You’ll drive stock pickers, work at heights, lift boxes (up to 16kg), and help keep everything running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Picking, processing, and moving business documents
- Driving stock pickers and forklifts (training provided)
- Keeping things on track and within KPIs
- Staying on top of warehouse routines and stock accuracy
- Keeping your work area clean and safe

The role is Monday to Friday, and includes one week on-call every 4 weeks. You’ll get an allowance, extra call-out pay, and use of a company van.

About You

You’re someone who turns up, gets stuck in, and looks out for your team. This job will keep you moving.

You’ll need:

- Good attention to detail — the job is numbers and letters focused
- To be comfortable at heights (stock pickers)
- To enjoy a hands-on, physical role
- A full or restricted NZ driver licence
- A solid work ethic and a good attitude

Warehouse or pick-packing experience helps, but we’re open to people with the right approach.

A couple of things to note:

- You must be able to pass a Ministry of Justice check
- A police clearance and security licence are required
