We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our growing team as a **Carpentry Assistant**. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with job site setup and layout preparation
- Help cut and shape timber for various installation tasks
- Support the erection and fitting of wood structures and framing
- Participate in installing timber floors and ceilings
- Install hardware and fittings under supervision
- Assist with identifying any hazards, defects, or repair requirements
- Carry out general repairs and renovation tasks (e.g., removing doors, fixing locks, demolishing fittings)
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment responsibly and safely
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly at the end of each day
