We have a growing team and have a new opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join us to help take the business to the next level. The role will work closely with the senior managers in Milwaukee and will be responsible for supporting commercial planning and analysis of the business allowing the senior leadership team to make well-informed commercial decisions.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the annual cycles in New Zealand (including budgets and SNOP cycles)
- Interpret data to gain insights and make recommendations to help guide the shape of the future of the business
- Influence key strategic decisions by bringing meaning to data for the wider business to understand
- Supporting business with all local commercial and financial activity
- Support sales forecasting analysis and marketing campaign analysis
- Support portfolio reviews to optimise channel and product mix to drive margin improvement

**Skills and experience required**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and / or CPA / CA Qualified
- Three to five years’ experience in a commercial analyst related field combined with operational or sales & marketing exposure preferred
- Is comfortable working at pace and getting stuck into projects as well as BAU
- Demonstrated experience bringing meaning to data and effectively communicating this to all levels of the organisation to influence decisions
- Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams
