Key responsibilities:
Managing and undertaking site establishment
Set up, manage, and issue weekly Construction Programmes and 4-6 week lookaheads
Manage and deliver acquisitions of materials and manage subcontractors
Quality Assurance includes booking site inspections and attending Council pre-starts
Client management and attending PCG meetings
Prompt reporting and updates to the Project Manager
Complying with all legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
Account management, including site orders and deliveries

Ideal experience and skills:
Level 6 qualification or higer in construction management, property management, or relevant area
The ability to motivate, drive, and direct sub-contract labor

3 year work experience as a site manger or similar roles can replace the academic qualification
Experience across the residential and/or commercial sector
Skilled in OH&S and industrial relations
Excellent organizational and operational skills
Adept in Microsoft Project and Excel
A problem solver and must be a team player

You will need to work a minimum of 35 hours and a maximum of 55 hours per week. You may need to work on weekends.

We offer $35- 60 per hour. Depending on the experience. In addition, we will offer an annual bonus and company shares to our senior members.


Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Waitakere, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
