We are looking for **Prepared Produce Assistants (Night shift)** to join our warm and friendly team at Christchurch You will be working with a bunch of motivated and committed people who pride themselves on the quality produce and service we offer.

The role:

- Prepared Produce assistants
- Location - Cumnor Terrace, Woolston, Christchurch
- Full time, permanent
- 5 nights/week
- Hours of work: 7.30 pm to 3.30 am/4 am (approx.) shifts
- Rotational roster
The job:

- Cleaning, washing and processing vegetables
- Grading, Cutting, Dicing and Peeling vegetables
- Weighing, measuring and mixing veggies
- Operating machines to peel, core, slice, dice fruit and vegetables
- Vacuum packaging
- Labelling packed, prepared produce
- Frequent use of processing machine
- Enjoy handling and preparing fresh fruits and veggies
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Willingness to work on your feet and flexibility
- Physically fit and the ability to lift up to 25 kgs
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have a strong eye for presentation and a “can do” attitude
- Intermediate reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- Good health, fitness, time management and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in food industry is beneficial.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
