We are a dynamic and fast-growing company with 17 years history specializing in business merchandise and homeware products. We are looking for a **talented Multimedia Designer** to join our team and bring creative ideas to life through high-quality visuals, website updates, and digital marketing materials.

**Role Overview**

As a **Multimedia Designer**, you will be responsible for designing graphic mockups, updating our website, and creating engaging creatives for EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail). If you have experience with social media content creation or videography, that’s a bonus

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design **graphic mockups** for digital and print marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain the **company website** with fresh content, banners, and landing pages.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- (Bonus) Assist in **social media content creation**, including posts, stories, and ad creatives.
- (Bonus) Capture and edit **video content** for marketing and promotional use.

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Proficiency in design tools** (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.).
✔ **Experience in web design & updates** (WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms).
✔ Strong skills in **EDM creative design** (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other EDM platforms).
✔ A good eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
✔ Ability to **work in a fast-paced environment** and meet deadlines.
✔ (Bonus) Experience in **social media design & strategy**.
✔ (Bonus) Knowledge of **videography, motion graphics, or video editing**.
