Csr Yardperson

CARTERS Madras Street in Christchurch is seeking a customer-focused Yardperson to join their busy timber yard team. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our building trade customers. In this active and physical role your ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively will be crucial as you load and unload building materials onto delivery trucks. Your versatility to be a back-up driver when needed would be a benefit and so a Class 2 or Class 4 would be highly desirable.

Your duties will be to:

- Quickly and efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders.
- Recommend suitable products, tailored to customer preferences.
- Operate a fork lift to load and unload delivery vans and trucks.
- Sustain inventory levels and ensure seamless stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general branch housekeeping.

- ** Forklift F Endorsed Licence with OSH Certificate is Essential**:
