**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**

The University of Canterbury (UC) is seeking an Associate Director of Future Students to lead day-to-day operations of our student recruitment function. This is a pivotal role you will:

- Lead a collaborative, high-performing team with a values-driven culture
- Drive results through strategic, data-informed recruitment across domestic and international markets
- Align recruitment with UC's strategic goals through cross-unit collaboration
- Represent UC with authenticity to students, families, and communities
- Shape the future by co-creating purpose, roles, and capabilities centred on students.

**Mōu | Who You Are**

You will have at least 8-10 years' experience in senior sales, recruitment or account management, preferably within the tertiary or international market. You will also have:

- Proven people leadership skills and a talent for building high-trust
- Strategic planning expertise with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- Ability to analyse data, influence stakeholders, and design processes that continuously improve
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Master's degree preferred)
- An alignment with our organisation's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
